I bought a new month membership subscription (with iDeal) for my main 'RS3' account as I am still calling it. However my old school account should lift on that one but it didn't. I paid twice extra as you probably can see, but because those attempts did not work I eventually bought a single bond in-game on my old school account to set him on 14 days with my own gp in game..

How can we fix this?

Buying membership through iDeal isn't an instant membership. It takes up to 24 hours to be processed. How long have you waited?
