Membership not activating

Hi, I bought a one month membership August 8th at 5:38 p.m. It didn't activate right away like my boyfriend's did, but he had purchased the 3 month bundle. I went ahead and purchased that one after waiting about 30 minutes and no luck. Both purchase confirmation emails state that the authorization time and date are August 9th at 12:00 a.m. I figured I would wait until the morning to see if either membership purchases went ahead and activated, neither have so far. I'm wondering if I have to wait any longer?

Also I have no idea how else to contact anyone on a support team directly. If I could have links to a support team I could chat with, that would be appreciated! Thank you!
