I can flag this issue for you but please confirm a couple of things first:
* please confirm the display name of the account you were purchasing the Bonds onto. Is it the Shreador account?
* please check the 'Messages' tab inside the account (in account management). Are there any messages in there about the purchase?

Hi, Malua!

Thank you for your rapid response!

I ended up figuring out what happened. Because my original purchase didn't go through, I made multiple attempts. In doing so, I must have purchased them for rs3 rather than Old school. kept checking the statement and was wondering why there was no refund.
I checked on rs3 to make sure shortly after purchasing, but didnt see any bonds. I checked again today, and actually found them. took a while, but definitely some overlooking on my end.
