Hi

My mems will soon run out so I wanted to upgrade my silver to gold premier. I selected "redeem" and then the package. I got the message "we were unable to process your request, please try again later". However, 1 bond was still consumed.

Could this be because I was affected by the login lockout and got some free mems and by now the silver has run out, leaving only bonus mems? The fact that I had the option to upgrade could be a bug. Regardless, having my bond back would be nice.

Oh, it is possible that I had 1 bond in my pouch before the lockout. I bought another bond and successfully upgraded to gold. I read that there is a limit to item returns per account so I'm gonna keep it for something important.
