This is a sore spot so here goes, this is the second time your company has charged subscription fees after subscription cancelation, the first time was after the gold party hat event, my alt was cancelled and I was charged 3 months membership, after I went round and round with your company about it I hoped you fixed that "bug" only to find out It's a feature, you have charged me VIP membership after cancellation again and you haven't even given me my VIP tokens, what's more you have rolled back my yak track "path of the creators II" put it into the yak coin shop and have no idea if I ever completed any yak track and refuse to fix it or reimburse me.
death of the fashion bug as I go to my bank Monday for the unauthorized charge , which will get my account locked up and ill give not a shit after all this rigmarole do you think I care now?
someone has to slap those money digging hands .......

But as for the rest of your post, you lost me at "This" lol.

All i can say is, if they charged you just play cos forgive me if i'm wrong bro, if they didn't charge you, you would be a non member and playing in f2p worlds "which we all know is shit lol"

You took the time and effort to complain about this in forums so this game obviously means something to you lol, you now have 2 options mate...

1 : Quit and never look back

2 : Suck the £25 loss up and continue with your greatest adventure.

Instructions about how to cancel are on the Cancellations support page.
There are different pathways, depending how you paid.

If you did follow the instructions and cancelled correctly, the only reason your account was rebilled would be if you cancelled too late, meaning within four days of the end of the current membership period. At that point, it's too late to stop the auto rebill but you can claim a refund as long as you don't start using members in the new billing period.
We all face the same billing terms and conditions. The system is quite automated so, it isn't a "let's screw over Quest Music" situation.

Billing Support JMods are very approachable via the contact points in the Purchases section of the Support Centre.
