Twitch Prime 7 Day Memb Error

Over the past year I have claimed twitch prime gaming rewards for RuneScape but never logged into the game. I was told that my 7 day free membership would start the next time I logged in. When I logged in today it stated that I must first finish the tutorial at Burthorpe and then if my account was eligible the free membership would be credited to my account after. I have now finished the tutorial and have no free membership waiting for me. Is there something else I need to do? Thanks,

Are you referring to another account because your posting account has membership that started last month?

If you are referring to your posting account, the 7 day free membership just tacks on to the end of whatever current membership the account has.
If you are referring to another account, depending on the promotion (there have been several), the account may have to log in within the same month as each months promotional item/membership expires and moves on to the next months promotional item.

You probably need to message Billing Support to ask.
Go to the Prime Gaming FAQ - Linking Accounts support page, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the 'Contact Us' button to get to a message form.

I am not sure where you see that I have membership but on this account when I login it says that I am not a member. Maybe it started last month and has ended now or I didn't log in on the same month and it went away like you said.
