Having trouble redeeming bond

So essentially I bought a bond because I knew that my membership was going to run out and it has and the game will not let me redeem the bond because it says I still have an active membership even though I don’t. Could a mod help me possibly or has anyone had this problem before? I want to redeem it so I can continue playing this is frustrating if someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

From what I've gathered that should work, yep. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
