I just paid for a membership on my account today but there is no membership on it. It looked like it logged me in to an account that had "no character name" and I put the membership on there by mistake. I relogged and made sure to check it said the correct character name, then I proceeded to buy the membership again on this account. This account still has no membership but I am in the hole $20. I have no idea how to even contact Jagex about this problem. Please help.
