I just paid for a membership on my account today but there is no membership on it. It looked like it logged me in to an account that had "no character name" and I put the membership on there by mistake. I relogged and made sure to check it said the correct character name, then I proceeded to buy the membership again on this account. This account still has no membership but I am in the hole $20. I have no idea how to even contact Jagex about this problem. Please help.

When buying membership directly from the website here, membership is applied to the account you are logged into at the time.

An account with no character name could be a very old account of yours that you stopped using years ago or it could be a brand new account, created by mistake.

To get the membership moved across, follow the instructions on the Bought membership on the wrong account support page.

When you bought the membership the second time, did you buy through the website here or did you buy through another app e.g. Google Play, Apple Pay, Steam etc.?
The app purchases can take up to 24 hours to process and show up.
If you bought through the website here, you can get Billing Support to check that second purchase as well.
