I've already filed ticket 3392615.

I have not played RS in 2, probably 3 years. I am desperately seeking clarification and (hopefully) resolution.

When I went to resub and purchase keys for DXP, I was distraught to find a $210 past due balance. I have never initiated any form of charge back.

I've played on and off for over 10 years, I would really hate to lose out on dxp and this game forever because of an illegitimate lock on my account. I would be sad to lose out on the nostalgia I was so excited for.

The reason I made this thread is in an attempt to get in contact with a member of your moderation team as soon as possible. I fear I will not be able to return to your game if my account is lost forever.

The pathway to contact Jagex about this issue is via the 'Contact Us' button on the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page.

If you have used that button and submitted your message form, all you can do is wait upon a reply. The reply will be left in the 'Messages' tab inside account management on your account.
It could be up to 48 hours before a reply is received.

It isn't the Moderation team you need, it's Billing Support.

While you wait for a reply, please take the time to review your email and account security because a debt like that usually means a hijacker has been using your account.
