So today for the second time only i used my mobile (google play) to top my membership whilst I was out and about. Overall I have never had a problem buying my membership directly through Jagex.
Once before, I have used google play to top up my membership with no problems at all. It was instantly applied to my account.
Now today, I followed the same route. Logging in on my phone, going straight to the membership packages. purchasing a membership deal, I was instantly charged (as per usual). However 2 hours later im still logging in and out of my account waiting for my membership to be applied.
Google Play will not even let me request a refund.
I really dont know who or how to contact Jagex over this matter?
I don't have the means to simply buy more membership while I wait for this to be resolved, so I now just cant really play the game to extent I want to. Which is a big deterrence.
I hope someone can guide me to a quick resolve. In 15 years I've never had a problem adding my membership.
