I bought the 1 bond pack on 6-18-21 through google play and it went through fine and I got the bond. Any purchase of the single bond since then says I already own this item. Afterwards I get another message saying the purchase is pending and will be refunded in 3 days. The 3 and 5 bond pack work fine but the single will not even make it to the payment screen. Google says it's not on their end. Any help is appreciated Cloud945

Do you have any purchases you haven't picked up yet (from the in-game store)?
The only reason I can think to explain this is that you have an uncollected purchase of a single Bond sitting waiting for you.

Also, Jagex apply purchase limits on Bond purchases and you might have tripped the purchase limit for your account.

I checked and no, I don't have anything waiting to collect. I purchased the 3 pack successfully to see if it would possibly debug the single bond yesterday but it did not. Cloud945

I think you should submit a Bug Report about it.
'Billing Issue' is one of the categories that can be chosen in the RS3 Bug Report form and I recommend you log into your RS3 game to submit.
