Bought mems w/ bond; fail

I bought a 2 week membership with a bond today, but for some reason it did not work.

It was July 1, many hours before my membership was scheduled to expire that day.

I clicked on Redeem Bond (untradeable).

I entered my Bank PIN.

I clicked on Membership, various length membership packages.

I clicked on 14 days membership.

I clicked on the Redeem button on the Purchase 14 days membership window. I recall seeing the little fireworks on the screen.

After I did this, I checked to see that my membership expiration date had changed on the Upgrades and Extras screen (accessed from the main menu), Overview tab, Runescape membership window. It had not. I thought that this was strange, but somehow convinced myself that this window would refresh after I had logged in again. I forgot about checking it later in the day.

When I logged in on July 2, I thought it was strange that I was on World 210, a free to play world. I did not have membership.

I started with 7 bonds. Now I have 6.

What can I do to get this issue corrected?

If this issue is still unresolved, contact Billing Support via the Refunds support page.
Navigation: Contact us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a refund

I know a refund isn't what you are after but there is no dedicated contact point for a Bond redemption failure and the Refunds contact point is the default contact point for any issues not covered by other contact points.

I was previously trying to find an appropriate Contact Us button in the Support website, but I just kept looping around and around making no headway.

I followed your recipe and submitted my ticket. Progress finally.

I will wait patiently for their response.
