Redeemed Bond - No membership? Thread is locked

I redeemed one bond for 14 days of membership. I went to lobby. No membership was showing on my account. After logging back into f2p I scrolled up the chat and confirmed the message saying "you've redeemed 14 days of membership. it will be added to your account shortly" (paraphrasing). I tried logging out completely. Closing and reopening the client.. It has been TWO HOURS and the membership is still not showing on my account. I've looked through the website trying to find a way to contact customer support directly, but every link I click is just a maze through their Frequently Asked Questions pages.

Any thoughts? Ideas?

Update:

29 hours since this occurrence. Still not showing membership. Just spent another 15 minutes making my way through the F.A.Q. maze with no new results. Anything having to do with membership just leaves me with the message "we show no records of a purchase on your account" (again, paraphrasing) and leaving me unable to directly contact Customer Support. Obviously the system is seeing no cash payments, oblivious to the fact that I purchased the bond with in game currency.

Is this just going to be a lost cause??? Anyone???

I dont have a clue as for what to do in this case.

Are you sure you did not redeem it for something else? I know you said you looked but im just asking. I havent heard of this issue with anyone else (not saying it hasnt happened- just i havent seen it.)

Have you messaged Billing Support yet?
They will examine your account to see what the Bond redemption went to.

Start on the Refunds support page and use this navigation:
Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund

This will take you to a message form to fill out.
I know 'Refunds' isn't exactly your issue but it is the place to start when there is no other relevant contact point.

I recommend you check any other accounts you own in case you were not logged in to the account you thought.

Lastly, I am going to move this thread into the Community Led Payment Support forum as this is a payment issue, not an account issue.

That is a valid question as I do play many accounts, but when I originally logged back in after noticing I was missing membership I scrolled up and confirmed the message of the bond being processed and made sure to confirm which account I was on at that time.

Update:

It's been nearly 3 weeks. I attempted to contact customer support as was suggested above. The appropriate membership was not added to my account and I have not received a response from Jagex.

I suppose I'll just chalk this up as a 28m gp loss -- Not too concerned about that, but the lack of support by this company is extremely frustrating.

I have the same problem today.
I redeemed a bond for 14 days of membership. "it will be added to your account in short time"
Bond is gone and I have been waiting now for 6 hours and can't hop to member world.... not good...not good at all

In the Community Led Support Forums, it is much easier to give everyone the help they are looking for if each user creates their own thread about their issue.

Every user's situation is somewhat unique, and it can get confusing as to which post is to which user, when more than one player is trying to get help on the same thread. Advice given to the original player may not apply in each case. Also, when tacking your situation on to another player's thread, those helping may recognize the thread as one where the issue had already been solved, and may not notice that a different situation has been added to that thread.
