I redeemed one bond for 14 days of membership. I went to lobby. No membership was showing on my account. After logging back into f2p I scrolled up the chat and confirmed the message saying "you've redeemed 14 days of membership. it will be added to your account shortly" (paraphrasing). I tried logging out completely. Closing and reopening the client.. It has been TWO HOURS and the membership is still not showing on my account. I've looked through the website trying to find a way to contact customer support directly, but every link I click is just a maze through their Frequently Asked Questions pages.
Any thoughts? Ideas?
