Hi,

I originally had Silver Premier Club Membership for 2021 which expired last weekend, however when I want to extend the membership using bonds (which was an option before my membership expired), it states "Package no longer available", yet if I were to go to the Premier Club section on the website, it allows me to extend the membership for an additional 6 months at [link url=]https://payments.jagex.com/store/runescape/premierclub[/link] when wanting to extend my membership, despite the Silver membership expiring.

Is it possible to perform the same extension using the bonds interface e.g. an additional 6 months to extend from Silver to Gold rather than purchasing via the website? It seems a little odd to me that it is possible to do it from the website using real money, but not through the bonds interface.

Hi there

You need to upgrade to Gold BEFORE your Silver finishes.
It is too late to upgrade now.

The payment page you are seeing on the website is for those players who still have an active Silver Premier Club to upgrade on but you won't be able to use it.

As you said, Bonds were an option before your Silver expired but, now you can't see Bonds as an option because you no longer have any option to upgrade.
