Bond Bug?

I have just tried using 2 bonds in order to 'pay' for 29 days membership.
My bonds have been used, i have relogged and even reloaded the RS Client, however Membership as not been credited to my account.

Will this be a matter of hurry up and wait, have i lost my bonds?
Is there any other known instances of this occuring?

Any assistance would be appreciated please.

I have applied for refund, after reading through some previous threads with similar issues.

Hey,

Did you purchase the bonds from other players / grand exchange or through real life cash?

It reads your account still has membership from June, have you checked the duration of your current subscription ? If nothing has been added to your account, is it possible you select the wrong package? In that case the refund request will likely be able to help you!

The bonds were a gift from a friend back in June

Yeah, my current Membership had definitely run out by a few days, i 100% confirmed the 29 day option and was force logged when i selected it. While, yes there is a possibility i selected the wrong option, I am 95% sure of what i chose to use the 2 bonds on.

I've just gone ahead and purchased straight membership in the meantime while i wait for response from Jagex refund team.

Thanks. It sounds like the bonds were corrupted from login lockout, which caused some already-used bonds to be restored during account restorations. The correct channel to have this sorted is through lost items tickets, but I'm sure they are able to work off the ticket you've sent!
