Is no reply on account and mail linked to my rsn and refund is just a stretched option to make you go back and forth is why i used other options and picked 6 months back then even if the membership that i lost is an extension to premium that i activate during february then later during 2019 and 2020.
Only reason why it even extented the bonuses so far and i used my phone to send a ticket since i been away giving all the info i can give like my rsn and my name the message been a bit long to and could be why they didnt reply.
Thanks again for help but only option i se here is that i had to just buy premium during november to get it going from november to november and wait for the bonuses that were set on august to expire i even understand that the only reason why i had all the prizes for yak track active been because it acted like i used 2 bonds to get them since premium is just that.
