Hello, I tried to purchase membership (1 month) on this account on steam. The purchase did not go through right away, and I purchased the same package again instead through the jagex website. I was charged twice but only have 31 days, and I only meant to purchase the package once. I need help for a refund for one of them, thanks!

I think you need to work out which purchase succeeded and which didn't.
It may be that both are successful but one method is slower.

The purchase from the website can be refunded as long as you haven't used it.

The Steam purchase would have to be negotiated on the Steam website I assume.
There are no help articles here about purchases from Steam.
