No end in sight for this issue, and here's a Yak Track with cozy Premier benefits but the only solution to that provided by Jagex is: buy bonds! We're over-subscribed already, but the solution is to pay even more. Good luck using in-game gold to buy a bond, because they're ridiculously high right now with SO MANY PEOPLE stuck on this Premier issue. But you can always spend real-world cash, which a great benefit for Jagex. It's almost as if they're dragging their heels to see how much more of our money they can get before coming up with a solution for this ill-planned new Premier launch.
I know I've complained a lot, but I feel entirely justified. Every solution has been a janky, painful and unwanted experience for the over-subbed players. "Start an alt and write to support and wait at least a week to have them transfer your excess game time to your new account" is one solution, and the other is to....oh wait, that's the only solution being offered.
Our Premier benefits ended 1. in the middle of DXP, in the middle of a month; 2. we had two more days added to our over-subscribed accounts as a result of the server downtime; 3. a Yak Track has been launched and every player in this over-subbed state has no solution other than to buy bonds to access the Premier Yak Track benefits. So much for the much-hyped Yak Coins, because guess what? Those are Premier track benefits!
And because Jagex already has our money - in some cases, quite a bit of it - there's no incentive to find a real solution.
