I bought a bound for 3 days ago. Still didn't get any bound on my account yet.. Please help
There is nothing in my inventory or that bound inventory, OR my bank.
There is no Email support i can write to, So i had to get some help from the community
If you have a confirmation email about the purchase, please read it and check whether you purchased a 'RuneScape Bond' or an 'Old School Bond'.
If you can't find the email, check the 'Messages' tab in account management on your account, once again check whether you purchased a 'RuneScape Bond' or an 'Old School Bond'.
As an OSRS player, you need to purchase an 'Old School Bond'.
If you find you have purchased the 'RuneScape Bond' by mistake, you can contact Billing Support and get it swapped across.
Once you have checked the confirmation of purchase message, then check in-game on both game versions.
