Bought keys, Didn't get them

I recently purchased keys on RsMobile, and both Google and Jagex (via message to my inbox) confirm they received payment. But I didn't get the 35 keys I payed for, or the hearts of ice, and my money is gone. What do I do? Where do I go? None of the support options give me anything. I'm a little peeved, and worried that I won't get my keys, or my money back. Help please oh wise ones of the forum! Edit: It is all for the same account, so no issues there.

Go to the Didn't receive my Treasure Hunter Keys support article and read through it to start with.
Then use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to navigate to a message form to message Billing Support.

Billing Support usually respond within 48 hours but due to recent events the response times have slowed down.
