Still no bonds. I bought 3, no way to contact customer support. It's not unpaid. It's not in my bond pouch. I bought them today. I have a google pay receipt for it. It should be on this account and yet it's not. Anyone know why?

You're sure you didn't accidentally purchase them for the wrong game? Even though both can be used for membership old school and RS3 bonds aren't interchangeable.

Tried checking everything and my bonds have been paid for through wells fargo, it's not on another account, it's not on rs3, it's not a failure to pay because I have the receipt and have contacted my bank and tried explaining to them that I authorized the transaction but haven't received what I paid for and they said that I should contest the transaction then and get a refund from them, then they will have their team investigate the transaction. It seems like alot of work when all I want is my bonds I paid for lmao is there any way i can avoid this??

I will click the link, I'm positive because I only play osrs and I have the billing statement on my google play and I dont have any other accounts it couldve gone on


one account is for osrs and rs3, even if you only play osrs, its still connected to rs3.

If you have an email receipt from Jagex about the purchase, check it to see exactly what was purchased.
It will say either 'RuneScape Bonds' or 'Old School Bonds'.
What does it say?

RuneScape Bonds are used in RS3
Old School Bonds are used in OSRS.

If you find you have bought the wrong Bonds, you can message Billing Support and get them transferred.
The contact button to message Billing Support is found on the Find my Bonds support page.

If you don't have an email from Jagex, check the 'Messages' tab inside your account.
Do you have a message confirming the purchase?
If you don't it means the purchase was unsuccessful and the money will be returned to your bank account.
