I bought a bond last night around 10pm PST. It is now 9am PST the next day and I still do not have the bond in my account. It was purchased on mobile through Google play. I got my receipt from Google immediately. I have bought bonds this way before and never had this issue. I've gone through the help listed on the support center and checked my RS3 account, which also has no bond.
It has now been 24 hours and I still do not have a bond. Any suggestions? I've tried looking for contact information for jagex and have been unsuccessful.

Have you visited the in-game store while logged in to the Google Play account you made the purchase through?
Check the receipt you received to see what exactly was purchased and what account you purchased for.
Also, use the
Find my Bonds
support page to troubleshoot this.
Read through the page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom which takes you to a series of questions to work through.
The series of questions really didn't lead to any contact information. Fortunately I requested a refund through Google which was approved. I bought a bond again and it IMMEDIATELY appeared in my bond pouch. Must have been some kind of glitch.
