After about a week not finding a direct channel I might as well see what the smart one's here have to say.

Long story short; I bought Gold Premier for 2020 and was enjoying my time in RS. On 10th of January I got a message about "received payment and updated account." I'm not sure what this meant (maybe I bought TH keys or Runecoins for promotions) so I shrugged it off.

Then at the beginning of March I received three emails about unsuccessful payments. That was odd considering a) I've bought membership with premier club/bonds for ages and b) I was still a premier club member since I was in members' only world and had a blue star. I even tried to purchase the premier club again to see if it would confirm the issue. It said that I was already a premier club member.

Well... for the 2020 package at least. Turns out that every package I had tried to purchase came from the OLD pack and not the 2021 one. The thing is that I can't remember if I was ever offered the new package to begin with... and I assumed I had the premier locked down because it had stated "you are already a premier club member" in the past.

So, I ask you... is there still a chance to purchase/upgrade to 2021 Premier Club (officially ended in March 1st)? I have enough bonds to keep the membership going without the club... but trying to clean 80-90 bank spaces can get a little tedious.

When Premier Club membership finishes your account returns to its previous membership arrangement.

Check your 'Messages' tab inside account management to find out exactly what was paid for in January.
If it was a membership payment, it means your Premier Club was about to run out and Jagex were returning your payment arrangement to its previous subscription.
Or it might have been a Runemetrics Pro payment

The failed payment attempts in March are concerning.
Either your card has expired and you need to set a new subscription with a new card or it may have been a fraudulent payment attempt by a hijacker.

The only way to purchase 2021 Premier Club is by clicking on the banner ad on the website homepage. That banner ad was taken down at the start of March.

Players are only emailed about membership promotions e.g. Premier Club, if they have their email preferences set to accept Jagex promotional emails. Check account management to see what your email preferences are.

To contact Billing Support to ask about your Premier Club status and those failed payments, use the 'Contact Us' button on the Unknown transaction support page.
It will take them up to 48 hours to reply.
