Hi everyone just came back To play rs, i quit like 1 year and half ago, and i cant log in in To my account because an unpaid balance, and i want To checkout the payment and it wont let me paid in the “select your payment method “ i dosent appear me any payment method so really need help to know how to paid that

You'll want to check out the Settle an Unpaid Balance for information on getting this taken care of.

You can also find supporting information on the Negative Credit post in the Community Help - Payments sticky, which is located in the Community Led Payment Support forum.

You can also post in the Community Led Payment Support forum for help and information from other knowledgeable players and community helpers if you're still stuck in the process. A passing Community Helper or moderator may move this thread there for you, or you can request it to be moved by posting on Forum Help .
