So can I get a refund for the charge I just received? Havnt been able to play since last Thursday and really don’t think it’s legal to charge consumers without providing the advertised product/ service you list. I like RuneScape but it is not morally or legally acceptable to charge people while your product isn’t working at all for the people you’re charging. I’m posting this as a legitimate human consumer and not an internet troll/no lifer. You cannot charge people a reoccurring membership if there is no product.
