I doubt whether Boacompra operates in other countries.

If you are in another country, you should see the payment options available to the country where you are located.

Yes, im in brazil, although google may not recognize it? Is tyere a way I can refreseh such a thing?

If you are still experiencing a problem, try BoaCompra billing support:

Also, if you are using a VPN, don't use it while doing the payment as the problem might be the geolocation and VPN use.
