I bought the Premier Gold Package on 03/01 and received only 12 months of subscription, I did not receive the other benefits that were in the package, purchase was made through the official website of Runescape. What to do?
It's possible that you missed the deadline for it as I think it ended that day. You may be entitled to a
refund
if the membership hasn't been used if that's something you'd be interested in
It was not the 12 month regular subscription package, my proof of payment informs Premier Club gold, purchased directly from the runescape website, so I'm sure I received something other than what I paid

Even though it is labelled ‘Refunds’ that is the contact point for queries about purchase of Premier Club membership.
Click on the ‘Contact Us’ button and navigate through the questions until you get to the message form. If you don’t get to the message form, try answering the questions differently until you do end up on the message form.
