The wiki says "Premier Club 2021 is available from 16 November 2020 until 1 March 2021. Players who have bought only the bronze or silver tier are given an option to upgrade past 1 March."

I interpret this as you can buy premier club if you don't have it until March 1st. If you have bronze or silver, you can still upgrade to gold after March 1st. Is this correct?

The important thing is to upgrade while you still have Premier Club active. If the Bronze or Silver has finished, the player won't be able to upgrade.

It looks like my premier club ended since I can't use the artefact anymore. I thought I still had time to upgrade to gold since I have 3 days of membership left but I guess that's the leftover days before I bought bronze.

Do you still have the email from when you bought Bronze?
You can check the date you bought it.

You can also check the 'Messages' tab in account management to see if you have the confirmation of purchase message still.
If the message has disappeared, it means that three months have elapsed since you bought Bronze.
