I thought I had purchased a membership yesterday. it looks like I might have bought the wrong thing?? My account still says I am not a member.

Every time I click the contact option for support, I just get a list of FQA which doesn't answer my question. I have no idea how to contact a living support person. Please help tell me how to actually speak to these Jagex guys!?

Looks like I bought 6 Months RuneMetrics Pro. I thought that was membership?!

1) Can I get this cancelled and transferred to a membership instead, which is what it was meant to be?
2) If I can't transfer whatever the heck this is that I bought. How do I cancel it so it doesn't renew, and
3) What even is this if it isn't a membership I have bought!?
4) How do I speak to Jagex?!

Jeezlike, feeling sorry I decided to start playing again, it is just so confusing!

I believe your best course of action is to follow the instructions in the Refunds article in the Support Centre to open a support ticket to ask for your payment to be transferred to membership.

RuneMetrics tracks things like your stats, drops, achievements in RS3. On the website it is accessed from the main menu > Community > RuneMetrics. In game it is access from the red "M" on the game ribbon.

Runemetrics Pro is a package that helps you track things such as experience gains and drops. Everyone has access to the free version (which can be partially accessed through the 'RuneMetrics' link under the 'Community' tab on the website), which can be upgraded to the Pro version if desired. You can also use it in-game to follow your experience gains closely. It is not a membership package.

Your usual course of action would be to Request a Refund (click me) or if it was on the wrong account, ask for it to be transferred . In this instance, it might be worth submitting a refund request, explaining that you purchased the wrong package in error. The billing support team might be able to help you resolve it. The process is not guaranteed, but it is certainly worth trying.

You can cancel purchases by working through the Cancel Recurring Subscription support page.
