I thought I had purchased a membership yesterday. it looks like I might have bought the wrong thing?? My account still says I am not a member.
Every time I click the contact option for support, I just get a list of FQA which doesn't answer my question. I have no idea how to contact a living support person. Please help tell me how to actually speak to these Jagex guys!?
Looks like I bought 6 Months RuneMetrics Pro. I thought that was membership?!
1) Can I get this cancelled and transferred to a membership instead, which is what it was meant to be?
2) If I can't transfer whatever the heck this is that I bought. How do I cancel it so it doesn't renew, and
3) What even is this if it isn't a membership I have bought!?
4) How do I speak to Jagex?!
Jeezlike, feeling sorry I decided to start playing again, it is just so confusing!
