I have spent 45 minutes searching support for a way to report that I didn't receive the Premier Artifact on this account, to no avail. I can't even find a way to contact customer support. Can someone point me in the right direction please? I'm terribly sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section...

Thanks for the reply but I have checked both, I did not receive it. Its easy to verify my claim if my msg could make it to the proper channels.
My apologies! When I talked to Diango he only gave me a lamp and validation cape, Going back just now and talking to him a second time, he gave me the artifact. Thank you!
