No keys and denied support

I bought a key package which after this latest update was near impossible. Finally did it and game crashed, whatever its crashed before on my phone and it does it about every 15 to 20 minutes this week. So I log back in, no keys so I click the store, store unavailable, so I click bonds get to store click keys and click key package, normally it says I have an unapplied package and do I want to claim it then I get the keys. This time it says I already own it, then game crashes tried giving it time, tried relogging, nothing. So I go to support click through all the stuff, it was not declined the money came out, I have the verification email, not a promotion I'm still stuck. Click contact support which can take 48 hrs to respond and it says I am denied. So what the hell do I do? I have emailed support before and have not once gotten a response. So the only other option is contact google, which will refund right away but I have to do it with in 48 hrs. So..........?????? Red
