I bought Premier gold and it linked to an old account I used to use for osrs but I dont have access to it anymore, rather than my existing account that I'm using for rs3. Does anyone know if jagex would swap the premium membership from the old account to the one I'm using. I have the transaction receipt number and the time of purchase. But I have currently paid, and have no access to what I have bought. If anyone knows what will happen or if I can be helped that would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, thank you for the reply, I have filled out a form and received a confirmation email I'm just waiting back for a reply which could be a couple of days. My biggest worry was that I've used the new android phone app when making the purchase (I was transferred to a jagex secure site to make the payment which is where the email addresses were switched automatically. I'm hoping this won't make a difference to them being able to transfer it? Again, thank you for the reply, as you can tell I went into panic mode.
