Thanks for your response! My problem is sadly still there. As I am from the Netherlands I have a ING Debit card. The support website asks me for the 16-digit code, which is not a thing here. It contains letters as well as numbers. This is however the bankcard I used to pay with. Do I just insert the letters on the helpdesk form instead or does this need looking at? If there is now way to confirm my card, then there is a real problem in not being able to confirm a lot of Dutch Debit cards.
