Hi guys, I paid for my membership yesterday by subscribing through the osrs app. My membership was running fine and then it won't let me sign in to a members world. When I check my membership status it is attempting payment. It has been around 24 hours since I paid and I don't know what to do. Googles help site says that they can't refund subscriptions, the subscription is showing as active on the google store however it isn't working in game?

Are you sure you're logged into the correct account?

I'm not sure if this page may be relevant to your issue, but if you take a look at this page i think there may be a little bit of a delay with the membership - Common Mobile Payment Issues

''If you've purchased membership via Google Play / Apple but are unable to log into members world hold tight your membership will be added shortly.''

I assume it may be a bit of waiting game, although - i'm not sure how long one has to wait. They also specify that if you've waited more than 24 hours, try to make sure that you didn't purchase the membership on the wrong account.
