i think i already did that process, i got in contact with one of the guys named *Mod Bones* through my email messages, he is a nice guy and actually helping me solve this problem, he confirmed me that i got the 74.99 USD payment but i told him what`s going on, and well he said;
- there may have been a confusion with the package of 90 USD - but then how come? if he confirmed with an email the 74.99 USD payment? which is true.
- that i may have purchased something else but he said he did not see any others - i never buy/purchase a single item/stuff on runescape but just my membership for my account for over 15 years since then.
but at the end he asked if i was able to give my transaction ID so he could help me, in which i managed to give him, this never happened to me before and i hope i get to solve this problem.
i`m not asking for money back or any refund, all i want to know is what`s goin on here, i paid for what you guys had offered but then i was over charged with no discount given,
i hope to solve this problem soon,
