Gotcha. Sorry, I misunderstood. If you follow these steps, you can cancel your subscription:
1. From the RS homepage, click
Account
in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Log in using your account's details.
3. In the
Membership
panel on the right-hand side, click
Manage your subscriptions
.
4. Click
Manage by account
.
5. Log in using your account's details.
6. Here, you should see the subscription listed; simply click
Cancel
on the far right side.
I tried to cancel but it says I have no active subscription with Jagex. It says I’m paying a subscription to apple. I don’t understand how to cancel. Why would I pay apple to get a subscription for Jagex?
If you purchase membership through OSRS Mobile, the transaction occurs through the App Store. Check your Apple account to see if there is some sort of subscription linked to that account. The following support page has a link to Apple's support page detailing how to cancel a subscription through Apple Pay:

Thank you. Everything seems to work but the link on the Jagex website that lets you check if your subscription is cancelled seems to be broken. It doesn’t recognize my login information.
If I’m charged at the next billing cycle I will just request a refund. Please save this thread as a reference/prof I tried to cancel. Thank you again

Jagex should be able to do this; I’ve purchased subscriptions from companies outside of the tech industry that allow you to merge separate accounts into a single subscription/account (even if they were originally different accounts & paying separate subscriptions). Therefore I think it’s safe to assume that Jagex could do this as well (being a tech company), but just refuses to. If you’re only giving me the option to pay for two subscriptions then I’d rather pay for none.
Please cancel my membership. Please confirm when complete. Thank you.
