Just got membership and after being told to set up a PIN on my bank I am losing time to play due to the lack of functionality of the banking feature. Please extend the membership by the number of days I will be unable to play.

You retain access to deposit boxes. If you have any good tools in your toolbelt, you can go training Woodcutting, Mining and what not. Or, you can play minigames or Dungeoneering, which cannot be entered with items on you.

If you have already used Members features, you won't be able to receive a refund. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
