Hello,
I purchased a bronze premier club membership, and dont see it in my runescape account. The charge went through on my bank account.
Is there another place I should go to get this resolved?
It looks like i never got a confirmation email. I dont usually delete payment emails, but i might have. I was definitely charged for it though, what steps do I have to do now?

Read through this support page as there are several reasons to explain what might have happened:
Unsuccessful payment
The most common reasons are: the purchase went to a different account or the purchase was just not successful. If the purchase was not successful, the money will be returned to your account.
