It has been about 1 year since I have logged onto my account and I haven't had any type of membership for a while. Upon downloading OSRS client and attempting to log in I found that I was unable. The error instructed I look into my billing page. I was shocked to see that my balance was $510 and I had bonds in my cart that equaled $70. About 4 months ago my PayPal was hacked and banned. I shouldn't have had any running subscription on runescape. I want to play the game again, but I refuse to pay $510 when I haven't played for over a year. I'm hoping that i can get this offense rescinded so that I can start playing again. I wont be starting a new account but i do plan on buying membership again. Please help me resolve this.

The only way to try to get this resolved is by contacting Billing Support through here: Settle an Unpaid Balance . Once you get to this Support page, scroll down to
"Contact Us"
to send them a message. They will take a look at the account and see if they are able to help you. It may take up to 48 hours to get a response from them.
