Please help!
Bought membership and some bonds yesterday, all was good. Today I received the log in message that payment was unsuccessful and to check with billing. Now I did not request a charge back with PayPal as is the usual issue with locked accounts. I called my bank, they said the issue was not on their end and that there was a connection issue. Called PayPal and once again, they said that the issue was not on their end and the payment was cancelled on Jagexs' end. So in light, this is not any issue on my part. So whatever, I'll just pay the unpaid balance right? Wrong, only option i have is to use a paysafe card, whatever that is. Looked online everywhere to try and buy one but couldn't purchase one using my card or PayPal. I have no idea what they are or where to buy one so if anyone could point me in the right direction? I'm in the UK.
I have contacted Jagex so just waiting for a response but this is totally ludicrous. If anyone could shine some light on whats going on, I would really appreciate it.
