Please help!

Bought membership and some bonds yesterday, all was good. Today I received the log in message that payment was unsuccessful and to check with billing. Now I did not request a charge back with PayPal as is the usual issue with locked accounts. I called my bank, they said the issue was not on their end and that there was a connection issue. Called PayPal and once again, they said that the issue was not on their end and the payment was cancelled on Jagexs' end. So in light, this is not any issue on my part. So whatever, I'll just pay the unpaid balance right? Wrong, only option i have is to use a paysafe card, whatever that is. Looked online everywhere to try and buy one but couldn't purchase one using my card or PayPal. I have no idea what they are or where to buy one so if anyone could point me in the right direction? I'm in the UK.
I have contacted Jagex so just waiting for a response but this is totally ludicrous. If anyone could shine some light on whats going on, I would really appreciate it.

Are you saying that your account received the membership and Bonds yesterday and you were playing the game fine but, today, all that has reversed and Jagex is now claiming you need to pay by another means?

If this is the case, all I can advise is that you wait and see what reply you get from Billing Support, which could take up to 48 hours.

Payment reversals usually happen when the payer claims a chargeback.
If you paid from your own account and you did not claim a chargeback then, for some reason, Jagex has refused to accept your payment.
If you got someone else to pay, you should talk to them because, maybe, they claimed a chargeback.

The cheapest way to resolve a debt is to reverse the chargeback and send the money back to Jagex again.
If a reversal of the chargeback cannot be done, you end up having to use PaySafeCard but it will cost more as Jagex will be claiming the costs of the chargeback as well as the membership you were buying.
PaySafeCard can be bought online, do a Google search to find out about it.
