I have a unique problem that happend for the first time to me. I wanted to extend my current premium membership with the new one(2021). However, I accidentally bought the normal 12th month instead of the gold premium pack via paypal. I realised it after two days when my premium artefact wasn't working anymore.
As a workaround, I purchased on top of the normal membership the gold premium pack to get asap access to it but want to cancel/refund the normal membership. I checked the help site from runescape but nothing was fitting my problem. I also wrote a email to [email protected] but I didn't received any answer over a week now.
Does someone know to which group or person I could adress this problem?
Apply for a refund via the
Refunds
support page.
Read that page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
Navigation:
Contact Us -> No -> Jagex/Steam -> Request a Refund
I was already in that directory but the options there depends on the language. e.g in the german version you can choose between [jagex, steam] or [google, apple, paypal] in the english version isn't paypal listed
I clicked there on the second option where I got the hint to contact the seller on paypal. Thats how I got the email adress.
But I navigated as you described and created a ticket
Furthermore it is really irritating that you can choose more payment's method in the form as in the help site is listed. They should update this one and make it consistent to all languages
