Hi all,

I need help about membership i bought it with my mobile phone and google account and jagex just sent me that it was succesful payment but in my account i cant log in on members world but i check my account that i have recurring membership but i am just at free world i need help for this

If you are still having a problem, go to the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page and work through the points under "Membership / Item not added to account"
