I purchased membership for the wrong account and immediately submitted a ticket to transfer the purchase to the right account. However, it has been 4 days since I submitted the ticket and only got an email acknowledging receipt of the ticket.
I know from previous posts that Jagex has been slow to these tickets, but is this still the case? I don't want the purchase to go to waste.
Yes, Billing Support are still backlogged on tickets.
I thought it was taking four days for a response so your reply should be less than 24 hours away.
One of the mod's finally got back to me an hour ago through email stating that they successfully moved my premier membership package to the other account. Admittedly I was uneasy having to wait nearly 7 days to get a response, but at least the problem was resolved without any further issue within that one response. I'd checked the account I wanted the membership on and everything looks correct there.
I did not use the package at all on the account I accidentally bought it for, nor did I submit any additional tickets. So, if anyone else is having troubles and are worried about the wait, hopefully this is a good example? It's a long wait but your issue will be addressed. I suppose I chose the wrong time to have the issue
