Unpaid Balance

I made some transactions through paypal that looks like they have been canceled either through paypal or my bank. The bank isn't showing any information at all. Problem is, there is an unpaid balance now and the only two options they give me don't allow the amount of money in the wallet that I owe (which is not even all that much). There is no way to pay the balance with either of the provided options. Can you restore my ability to make the payment?

Are you able to check your bank if it has accounts with insufficient funds? I happened to have this issue when ordering Premier Club earlier the month. Perhaps you could settle the balance through card instead of Paypal.
