Refund request 400 status code

Hi, I have an issue with sending a request to customer service for a refund. My form that I am trying to send gets status code 400 back in response with general error showing in UI which recommends trying again, which naturally I did but it came to the same dead end. Any ideas of how to proceed with this issue?

Make sure you are on the current page to start a refund request.
Don't use a cached page from a websearch as it might be out of date.

Start on this page: Refunds
Read through the page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to navigate to a message form.

Also, if you haven't cleared your browser cache in a long while, do a cache clear.
