Hello I have been playing OSRS with recurring membership for about a year or so now however this month I ran into some issues. Conveniently my bank encountered an outage that was throughout the whole branch during the same time that Jagex was billing me for my monthly membership. For some weird reason I was only given 15 days of my usual 31 day subscription and no email was given to me in my player email like usual when I paid for my membership. During this time I was also having issues logging into my mobile bank account as well as even calling to receive bank information from the automated machine. When I finally was able to get ahold of a real associate they informed me that there was an outage throughout the entire branch.
When the outage was over, I saw my $11 monthly payment in processing payment which it remained for about two days until it finally processed on both ends. I wasn't too worried about only having 15 days membership redeemed for awhile due to the fact that I felt like I was going to be redeemed the rest of the amount when my payment was processed and I was figuring everything was due to my bank having an outage. SOMEONE FROM STAFF PLEASE SOMEHOW HELP? I do not want to be charged again if I only get 31 days next time and not the remaining membership that I paid for. Thank you all.
