Long Story Short - I purchased about 20+ bonds to give away to F2P players for Chirstmas and various keys and a 12 mo. membership -- I made all of these purchases throughout the last week or so and have confirmed that all of these purchases processed with my bank and were paid. I tried to login today 12-19 and my account is frozen! I followed the links etc. to solve this mystery and proceeded to call my bank for verification. My bank stated that I have no disputed or refunded charges on my account in general including Jagex. They also verified that all transactions with Jagex have been successful.
I cannot fathom how I have an unpaid balance and I cannot seem to find a resolution.
I have submitted a ticket #4120438
This honestly seems like a money grab and I am quite upset about it.
