when im trying to use a refer a friend link ''my friend'' gets and error when he clicks on it, something about a soul bane quest bug? and then i get the message that the server is not reachable...

anyone else has this?

It's hard to know what might be happening, without more information on the error. Can he provide a screenshot of the error?

Just guessing here, but it sounds like he might be getting sent to a Support Center page, as those all currently have an alert about a problem with "A Soul's Bane" quest at the top. This includes the Recruit a Friend page .
