Almost £225 of unpaid charges?

Hi Guys,

I really need some help, i cant play the game because I've got an unpaid charge of £225 on my account, i have absolutely no idea what this is or where it came from, I'm so confused :S

What do i do?

Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page, read it and use the contact point at the bottom to get to a message form to message Billing Support.
You need to speak to Billing Support to find out exactly what the debt relates to.

While you wait for a reply, take some time to review your email and account security as these debts often are caused by hijackers, meaning someone has been on your account and used it to commit online fraud against Jagex.
